IQ/OQ installation and operational qualification
The installation and operational qualification (IQ/OQ) of an air sampler can be very complex. We make it easy for you and support you with compliant and tested checklists and processes. These will guide you step by step through the IQ/OQ of your MAS-100 air sampler (except MAS-100 Eco). On request, a service technician from us or one of our certified service centers can guide you through the process on your premises and at the same time train your staff.
The performance qualification (PQ) for MAS-100 air samplers we have already carried out for you. The physical and biological collection efficiency of the MAS-100 air sampler has already been tested according to ISO 14698-1:2003 Annex B and EN 17141:2020 Chapter 6.3 and Annex E.6.1 and is documented in the operating manual of each instrument.
IQ - EXPLAINED IN BRIEF
The installation qualification is used to check all hardware and software components as well as the delivered material. The IQ is performed with documents and software suitable for your MAS-100 air sampler. Depending on the air sampler, it includes the verification of:
- Delivery and parts/product description
- Documents
- Hardware settings
- Process and instrument settings (with software)
- Communication settings
- Pressure, tightness and pneumatic test verification
OQ - EXPLAINED IN BRIEF
During the functional qualification, the proper operation of the air sampler is checked and, if desired, you will receive a short product briefing. Depending on the air sampler, the OQ comprises:
- Air flow calibration and, if necessary, adjustment of the air flow (manual and automatic)
- Error and alarm verification
- Verification of the decontamination cycle for MAS-100 Iso instruments
