In order to really enjoy the first months with his baby and to support his wife as best he can, Ronny takes four months of paternity leave. #Workation
Combining work with vacation - in other words, "workation" - but does that really function? and if so, how...? At MBV, we attach great importance to giving our employees the desired freedom and therefore started the experiment. Our Product Designer Martin Hitz took two months of workation and reports about his experiences with the combination of surfing life and everyday business life.
