MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR of your air sampler
MAS-100 means not only pure precision, but also durability and robustness. Nonetheless, regular preventive maintenance ensures faultless functionality in the long term. To ensure the highest possible availability of your air samplers, we recommend to calibrate your MAS-100 air sampler annually and to have it serviced at least every five years.
For this service our service center at the MBV headquarters is at your disposal. Alternatively, you can also contact your MAS-100 sales partner or one of our certified service partners worldwide.
In Switzerland as well as in its closer vicinity, we also offer instrument maintenance by our MAS-100 experts on site. For technical service outside this area, our certified service partners will assist you.
AT THE SERVICE CENTER
Send your microbial air sampler to our service center in Switzerland. Our experts test, service and repair your MAS-100 instrument for flawless functionality.
Step by step
- Send your air sampler to the MBV service center according to the shipping instructions.
- We register the serial number, document the instrument condition and carry out an input measurement.
- All maintenance work is carried out by our experts in consultation with you.
- Shipment of your air sampler with complete documentation back to you.
ON-SITE
We come to you. A service technician from our headquarters in Switzerland or a certified service partner in your area will repair and service your MAS-100 air sampler directly at your site.
Step by step
- Send us your request. If you have not purchased your MAS-100 air sampler from us, please contact your sales organization.
- We are happy to submit a cost estimate and arrange a service appointment together with you.
- Our service technician will visit you and service your MAS-100 air sampler within the scope agreed upon.

SERVICE KNOW-HOW DIRECTLY FROM THE MANUFACTURER
Our MBV service team guarantees competent, fast service in our service center in Staefa near Zurich. We provide services directly at MBV headquarters for your benefit. Problems are quickly identified and analyzed. All required tools and spare parts are readily available for quick problem-solving. Service takes place in a controlled, clean environment. Access to the ISO 17025 accredited test laboratory and calibration tools based on it allows immediate verification of all relevant measured parameters.

DISCONTINUED PRODUCTS
MBV is manufacturing products for the microbiological monitoring of air since 1996. Even today, first-generation air samplers are still in use.
In order to make the latest technology and additional features available to you, we are constantly updating our product portfolio.
As far as technically possible, we guarantee product support including spare parts availability for many years after a MAS-100 instrument is no longer in production.
