1. In-house calibration of every test device

The MAS‑100 Regulus digital anemometer forms the basis for nearly all calibrations. Each digital anemometer is manufactured by our sister company in Feuerthalen, Switzerland, and then calibrated in our own ISO 17025-accredited calibration laboratory in Stäfa, Switzerland. All subsequent regular checks of the MAS‑100 Regulus are also performed in our calibration lab to ensure maximum precision and reliability. 

An exception is the MAS‑100 Atmos compressed gas sampler: it is calibrated using the MAS‑100 Venus testing device, which is likewise calibrated in our ISO 17025-accredited laboratory in Stäfa.

2. Reliable calibration for accurate measurements

Each MAS-100 microbial air sampler is calibrated and adjusted after production using the MAS-100 Regulus resp. MAS-100 Venus. Regular checks thereafter ensure that measurement values remain consistently reliable over time. This guarantees that the MAS‑100 Regulus and MAS‑100 Venus deliver maximum precision at all times.

3. Complete documentation & certification

Each calibration is documented and completed with an auditable certificate. Thanks to ISO 17025, measured values are internationally traceable, reproducible, and auditable—for reliable results in audits and QM systems.
