MAS-100 Libra: Ensuring aseptic confidence with validated decontamination
 
Reliable decontamination is a cornerstone of pharmaceutical aseptic production. Our recent study validates the effectiveness of vaporized hydrogen peroxide (VHP) for our new MAS-100 Libra automated settle plate changer.
 
Here are the key findings:
✅ Regulatory relevance:  Decontamination and airflow studies prove the impeccable decontamination of a device used in grade A environments (EudraLex Annex 1). 
✅ Comprehensive decontamination: VHP achieves >6-log reduction at all critical positions, both inside and outside the instrument.
✅ Rigorous testing: Enzymatic and biological indicators were used to identify worst-case positions and confirm efficacy.
