OUR HIGHLIGHTS AT A GLANCE

2023 was a successful, exciting and sometimes challenging year for MBV. Once again, we were able to implement and launch a lot with and for our customers, partners and employees. 

For example, a new industrial robot now lasers all types of perforated lids, and a unique marking of the lids supports our customers with quality management. Moreover, our customers could be relaxed about the entry into force of EU GMP Annex 1 and, for example, watch our new "Quick tip" videos on YouTube or book an online meeting with our experts directly via our website.

2023 was a successful, exciting and sometimes challenging year for MBV. Once again, we were able to implement and launch a lot with and for our customers, partners and employees.

January brings not only a change in year, but also at the top of MBV AG: we bid farewell to our company founder and Chairman of the Board, Hans Zingre, who is going into well-earned retirement. A heartfelt welcome to Daniel Weltin as his successor at MBV AG - we are looking forward to working with him!

A unique promotion ran until the end of 2022: our customers had the chance to replace their used DA-100 with its "successor", the new MAS-100 Regulus digital anemometer - at very favorable conditions.

In February, we analyze the data and are overwhelmed by the success of the campaign! With the MAS-100 Regulus, the air flow of most MAS-100 instruments can be checked, calibrated and adjusted fully automatically.

March

We are continuing our strategy of automating our production processes. In March, we welcome HORST as a new colleague. The industrial robot automatically loads and unloads our laser system. And HORST does this so efficiently that we can now laser all our perforated lid types instead of just selected ones.

April

Our experts attend conferences and seminars to share their knowledge, expand the network, strengthen our partnerships, discuss trends and learn from their peers. 

This inspires them and all of us at MBV to develop new, innovative solutions for you.

That's why we are often out and about visiting our customers and partners - as in the picture with one of our prototypes. Because we are committed to obtaining your feedback personally, discussing your needs and developing solutions together with you.

MAS-100 standard perforated lids have been provided with a non-removable marking. This marking contains information on the lid type as well as a unique serial number. This means that each individual perforated lid can be clearly identified and traced at any time as part of quality management.

August

EU GMP Annex 1 comes into force on 25 August. MBV customers can look forward to this date with confidence. Our MAS-100 Iso microbial air samplers meet all Annex 1 requirements. What's more, in combination with a sedimentation plate, they enable compliant continuous air monitoring in the plant and microbial air analysis in aseptic production.

SEPTEMBER

At MBV, people always come first. That means you - our customers, partners and suppliers - and of course our employees. These relationships and their nurturing are very important to us. That's why our bi-annual team event is a highlight. This time we're heading out on the beautiful Lake Zurich. Together, we row a dragon boat to the island of Lützelau, where we enjoy a bite to eat before returning to the mainland.

We are introducing a new way to get in touch with our MAS-100 experts: You can now easily book online meetings directly on our website. 

Use this new service to get direct advice on microbial air sampling and our MAS-100 product range via Microsoft Teams video conferencing.

The exhibition and conference year is drawing to a close. Our experts have been attending many conferences and exhibitions at home and abroad over the past few months. PharmaLab in Düsseldorf is the last stop for 2023. 

But even though there is now a break in the exhibition calendar, they will not be resting! We will use the next few weeks to prepare new, informative presentations and prepare for the 2024 shows. See you soon!

Our experts invent and build. They are inspired and inspire each other. They also reject ideas - all part of the exciting process of developing new solutions for you. Because we aim for nothing less than absolute perfection. 

Next year, we will once again surprise you with new, innovative products. We are already looking forward to that. But we don't want to tell you any more just yet. 


For now, we just want to wish you a magical start to the New Year!
